The 100 Best Fonts as voted by Roger Black, Stephen Coles, Jan Middendorp, Veronika Elsner, Ralf Herrman, Bertram Schmidt-Friderichs and Claudia Guminski. I’d be interested to read more about the thought behind the selections. Does “best” mean some objective measurement of quality or is it more about it’s cultural significance? How does Clarendon only come out as 87th? It’d be really nice if they’d release an English version of the document.
