• Gay Unions in NJ

  I’ve never been so proud to call NJ my home. Of course it’s still a step behind full marriage, but the real solution is not to allow gay marriage, but to abolish straight marriage. Let “marriage” be a private institution for churches, community groups, and individuals, and let these groups set any rules they want. The government’s only job should be to certify civil unions for legal purposes, and any two consenting adults should be allowed to get “unionized.”
