• So Many Empires…

  Maps of War has an amazing animated info graphic depicting the various empires that have controlled the middle east. I’d love to see this kind of thing for the whole world—a sort of interactive timeline of history.

• The perfect city bike

  Sweet. The A-Bike is now being sold. And for only $300 including shipping from the UK. This thing beats the hell out of the Segway for a fraction of the price (and it’s a hell of a lot easier to get onto the train).
